Bailey had great teeth! (21 September 2009)
Today, I have urgled on my sofa, pulled myself together and cycled to our monthly Stitch and Bitch group – the first I’ve made it to for ages – where I turned an old t-shirt into a potato storage bag and ate a delicious assortment of home-made chicken soup, bread rolls, cake and muffins. Then I urgled on our hostess’s sofa, before doing some toddler wrangling (mainly being a train in the hallway: “chuffa chuffa chuff chuff, chuffa chuffa chuff chuff, TOOT TOOT!”) and escaping home back to my own sofa
Now, I have toothache.
In two weeks, I shall be knocked out under a general anaesthetic and having my wisdom teeth and two neighbours yanked out. I cannot wait. In fact, I’m prepared to do it myself, since the pain isn’t restricted to my flaming teeth, but goes from the top of my head, down the temple, through my ear and behind my eye, my back teeth, and then round the back of my jaw, neck gland and throat. But only on one side. Has anyone seen my chisel?
I had that done 1979 I think.
((hugs))
That is a fantastic picture (sorry to hear about the toothache)
Oh poor you, there is no pain worse than toothache… and I’ve had two children and that doesn’t compare at all! Two weeks is a hell of a long time to wait when you’re in pain though
